WORKING WITH DONORS & PARTNERS

Tiny Tim & Friends works with a range of donors and partners who not only help to support our programmes and operations but whose work and objectives compliment our own. Together we can reach out to even more HIV+ children, adolescents and pregnant women and work to eradicate HIV in children in Zambia. Below are some of our current partners.

USAID/ Systems for Better Health
In October 2017 TTF Began working on USAID Funded project, Systems for Better Health, to improve health systems in clinics across Lusaka including: Improved access to HIV treatment, child immunization and modern methods of family planning.

ELMA FOUNDATION
We have been working in partnership with ELMA since early 2015. By providing us with essential core funding we have been able to increase our staff numbers; improve patient care and counselling services; and increase the number of patients we test and treat every year.

POSITIVE ACTION FOR CHILDREN'S FUND
PEPFAR
CENTRE FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASE RESEARCH IN ZAMBIA (CIDRZ)
PACF
Beginning 2016, we have been working with Positive Action for Children's Fund to build the capacity of government clinics in retaining pregnant women, new mothers and children into care. By training community health workers to undertake community  activities we will improve HIV services in Lusaka

MAC AIDS FUND
Since 2016 MAC have been supporting TTF to build better linkages and relationships with patients. They support us retain vulnerable patients into care through, support groups, early disclosure, home visits, community engagement, follow ups, and providing essential clinical support costs.

CIDRZ
Centre for Infectious Disease Research Zambia (CIDRZ) provide vital support through laboratory testing for patients at the TTF Clinic. Their support is essential in providing much needed bloodwork results in order to successfully manage our patients health and understand social support needs.

BY SHARING EXPERTISE AND KNOWLEDGE WITH OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN ZAMBIA WE GUARANTEE THE SUCCESS OF OUR PROGRAMMES


PREVIOUS SUPPORTERS

  • GrassRoot Soccer - working together, we tested thousands of children and enrolled hundreds into treatment at TTF
  • PEPFAR - Under their small grants program PEPFAR supported us in 2016/17 with helping children learn about HIV. 
  • Diana Princess of Wales Memorial Fund/ True Colours Trust- we provided emergency treatment for hundreds of children​
  • EGPAF - from 2011 - 2016 EGPAF supported clinical operations and HIV testing and education for thousands of children. 
  • CARINGCROWD - CaringCrowd Community and Johnson & Johnson enabled us to help 70 children with nutritional support 
  • AHF - have been an ongoing supporter and partner to TTF for many years helping children transition into adult care.
